Maldon
I use three different type of finishing Salt. Maldon is very good and affordable.
Truffled Sea Salt
The Truffled Salt that I used is blended with Fleur De Sel Sea Salt. Very pricey but very good!
Fleur De Sel
This Salt is considered to be the gold standard for high end Salts. I think you’ll like it!
